The app does not manufacture, prepare, or own the products listed by merchants.
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.
Orders are subject to product availability.
Displayed prices may exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
The app reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical or pricing errors.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Masous Delivery is not liable for delays caused by merchants or couriers.
Users must provide accurate delivery addresses.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each merchant.
Orders cannot be canceled once preparation or dispatch has started.
Food items are non-refundable unless there is a clear issue.
The app is not responsible for product quality or merchant performance.
Masous Delivery shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Any dispute regarding products shall be resolved between user and merchant.
Users must not:
Misuse or attempt to hack the app.
Provide false or misleading information.
Use the app for unlawful activities.
All content, logos, trademarks, and designs are the exclusive property of Masous Delivery and may not be used without permission.
User data is handled in accordance with the app’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Masous Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the app operates.

الطلب: أي عملية شراء أو طلب توصيل يتم عبر التطبيق.
يوفر التطبيق منصة إلكترونية لربط المستخدمين بالمطاعم والمتاجر والصيدليات ومقدمي الخدمات المختلفة.
التطبيق لا يقوم بإنتاج أو تصنيع المنتجات، بل يعمل كوسيط تقني لتنفيذ الطلبات والتوصيل.
يجب أن تكون جميع البيانات المدخلة صحيحة ومحدثة.
المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
يحق لإدارة التطبيق تعليق أو إيقاف أي حساب يثبت إساءة استخدامه.
جميع الطلبات تخضع لتوافر المنتجات لدى المتاجر.
الأسعار المعروضة تشمل قيمة المنتج ولا تشمل رسوم التوصيل إلا إذا تم توضيح ذلك.
يحق للتطبيق إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ تقني أو سعري.
مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الموقع أو الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة.
التطبيق غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير ناتج عن المتجر أو شركة التوصيل.
يجب على المستخدم توفير عنوان صحيح وواضح.
تخضع سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع لشروط المتجر أو المطعم.
لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد بدء تحضيره أو شحنه إلا بموافقة مزود الخدمة.
المنتجات الغذائية غير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا في حال وجود خطأ واضح.
التطبيق غير مسؤول عن جودة المنتجات المقدمة من المتاجر.
لا يتحمل التطبيق أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
مسؤولية أي نزاع تكون بين المستخدم والمتجر مباشرة.
يمنع على المستخدم:
إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة اختراقه.
إدخال معلومات مزيفة أو مضللة.
استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية.
جميع المحتويات، الشعارات، العلامات التجارية، والتصاميم الخاصة بالتطبيق مملوكة لتطبيق مخصوص للدليفري ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.
يتم التعامل مع بيانات المستخدمين وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالتطبيق، والتي تشكل جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.
يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويعتبر استمرار الاستخدام موافقة على التعديلات.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في الدولة التي يعمل بها التطبيق.
